Return and Refund Policy

• Customers should contact and arrange for a return and refund of unopened mailable items within 14 days of purchase through the online contact page. Return of livestock animals will be accepted within 90 days of purchase for any reason without refund, returns due to infertility will be accepted at any time with a full refund or with a proven replacement at no charge to the customer. 
• Reasons for the return of non-livestock materials include damages to the product, incorrect product shipment, and unsealed or mislabeled products. 
• Refunds generated electronically will be returned to the original form of purchase within 10 business days.
